Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
  • Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Custom-made, personalized, or special-order products are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
